The National Joint Council (NJC) pay offer of £1,290 / 2.5% has been accepted by the local government workforce in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

"COSLA is pleased to note that the National Joint Council (NJC) pay offer of £1,290 / 2.5% has been accepted by the local government workforce in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

"We continue to work hard to achieve an agreed settlement in the ongoing Scottish Joint Council (SJC) negotiations for the Scottish Workforce. Details of the current SJC pay offer, which is worth £1,292 or 3.6%, can be found on our website at www.cosla.gov.uk/pay."
