COSLA's Resources Spokesperson, Councillor Katie Hagmann, recently wrote an opinion piece for Public Sector Executive (PSE) Magazine on the Visitor Levy Bill, which passed stage 3 of the parliamentary process in May 2024.

Councillor Hagmann emphasised the benefits and opportunities the Bill presents with regards to local finances, empowering communities and local decision making.
